Rates & Availabilty

The house is available to rent all year round.  Rates start from as low as €350 per week off-season, and €250 per week-end. Rental periods are Saturday to Saturday during the high-season, but different arrangements can be made depending on availability.   Please see the calendar to check availability and fill in the enquiry form. Longer periods of time (especially off-season) attract significant discounts.   Rental charges include all towels, linen, laundry and refuse. The house is well stocked with matching crockery, pots, pans and cutlery and includes information on activities in the area.  Our manager Sharon will check you in and out, and help you with any enquiries you may have. 

Extra charges
Oil and electricity are charged on a non-profit basis using the standard meters. There is a charge for cleaning the house when you leave (€40 when only 1 bedroom used, €60 when 2 or more are used). Both are payable at the end of your stay to our manager, Sharon.
